The true colors of our governor and his right- hand man, Rep. Mike Turzai, were revealed recently. Actions speak louder than words, and this year it’s about families losing and corporate donors winning.
Not only did they cut funding for basic and higher education, give gas drillers a pass yet again, hand out a bailout to grossly negligent corporations responsible for causing injuries to an innocent child — through joint and several legislation — and impose fees for medical assistance transportation, they did it all at the expense of workers and families.
While big companies won, families will see higher property taxes and tuition, more damage to our environment and the rights of children injured by reckless conduct taken away.
When did we vote for Gov. Corporate?
