Recently, Governor Corbett signed into law Act No. 17 of 2011 which virtually abolishes joint and several liability for negligence claims in Pennsylvania. Below is a link to an overview of the new law which was presented to members of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PaJustice) and Dauphin County Bar Associations at various seminars on the new law.
